Goal
Stream, one of the nation’s largest direct selling companies in the energy sector, had grown rapidly since its founding in 2005 — expanding into wireless, home, and protective services. However, the company was still operating on an outdated Microsoft Exchange 2007 environment that was approaching end-of-support.
To reduce operational risk, modernize collaboration, and support a broader rebranding initiative, Stream engaged Sendero to oversee the migration to Office 365, lead the change management and training efforts, and implement collaboration tools to improve enterprise-wide communication.
Results
successful migration to cloud-based Office 365
Delivery
Sendero first partnered with Stream to select the right technical partner to execute the migration. After an evaluation process, Softchoice was chosen for their Microsoft expertise and back-end technical capabilities. Working as one cohesive team, Sendero and Softchoice combined their strengths to ensure both a seamless migration and successful user adoption.
Practice
By successfully migrating Stream to the cloud and implementing new communication tools, Sendero helped position the company for continued growth and operational efficiency. The transition reduced risk, streamlined technology management, and strengthened enterprise-wide collaboration — ensuring employees could stay connected, productive, and focused on serving customers.
