GOAL

What the client needed to achieve

An energy company needed to migrate roughly 185 terabytes of data from Box to Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including SharePoint and OneDrive, to consolidate its collaboration platforms and reduce redundant licensing costs. Despite beginning a broader shift to Microsoft in past years, file storage and sharing remained fragmented, with more than 2,725 users and numerous business-critical applications still dependent on Box. The client needed to complete a large-scale migration while managing risk and maintaining continuity across multiple technical and business teams.
