THE SENDERO DIFFERENCE

  • Our local-first model is designed so our consultants don’t spend their career at the airport. While the specifics vary from project to project, most of our consultants work onsite at their client’s office, from a Sendero office, or remotely. Occasional travel may be needed to support project work.

    Interview Process

    We believe that the recruiting process should be an exciting and positive time filled with mutual exploration. We bring the same servant leadership mentality to our candidates as our consultants give to our clients. Our hiring process moves in four phases. Our process is streamlined, but our interviews run deep — so come prepared to share!

    Apply

    After you connect with a Talent Acquisition team member, we’ll respond to your initial application within 2 weeks.

    Round 1

    You’ll interview with two members of our Management Team, virtually. Ask plenty of questions; we’ll do the same.

    Round 2

    You’ll interview with one more member of our Management Team — normally onsite — and have the opportunity to meet with a member of our senior leadership team.

    Offer

    When an offer is made, we’ll review our benefits and cover any remaining questions you have, so you can be 100% confident that Sendero is the right next step for your career.
