A Fortune 500 petroleum refiner and distributor planned to acquire a leading international producer of base oils—an acquisition that would transform the company into a global organization. To ensure a seamless integration across business units, geographies, and technology platforms, the company needed experienced program leadership to manage the 14-month transition and avoid costly delays.
Sendero was engaged to lead the integration program and provide project management expertise across all business and IT workstreams.
