Sendero’s learning & development program wins at the 2024 ATD Dallas AXIS Awards

DALLAS, TX – Sendero, a management consulting firm with expertise delivering strategic planning, digital transformation, and organizational effectiveness solutions, has been recognized by ATD Dallas AXIS Awards for their learning & development program. This is the second consecutive year that the firm received first place in the category of Data & Analytics.

The ATD Dallas AXIS Awards were developed to recognize the work being accomplished by the learning and talent development teams in organizations across the DFW metroplex. The Data and Analytics award is a part of the Learning Solutions category and is given to a company that uses large data to define and design learning interventions. Metrics and analytics must be used to evaluate and measure the value of workplace learning and talent development solutions to the organization.
