In 2023, Sendero launched a new internal well-being initiative in partnership with Cigna’s MotivateMe program.

With this new initiative, Sendero’s well-being program allowed Sendero employees to earn points that qualify for rewards and prizes by completing activities that support physical, social, and emotional wellness. Sendero also hosted employee wellness events backed by its point system to incentivize greater participation, including an indoor cycling class, a team-based step challenge, and a gardening workshop with Bonton Farms, a Dallas-based nonprofit.
