DALLAS, TX – Sendero, a management consulting firm with expertise delivering strategic planning, digital transformation, and organizational effectiveness solutions, received three ATD Dallas AXIS Awards for their Talent Management program. The firm received first place in the category of Data and Analytics and second place in both Career and Leadership Development and Learning and Development Design & Delivery.

The ATD Dallas AXIS Awards were developed to recognize the work being accomplished by the learning and talent development teams in organizations across the DFW metroplex. The Data and Analytics award is a part of the Learning Solutions category and is given to a company that uses large data to define and design learning interventions. The Career and Leadership Development award is part of the Talent Management category and is given to a company that illustrates a systemic approach to creating a culture of career development. The Learning and Development Design & Delivery award is also a part of the Learning Solutions category and is given to a company that designs and delivers both formal and informal learnings in a way that is engaging, innovative, and effective.

“Sendero’s Learning & Development and Organizational Development teams are doing extraordinary work to ensure that every person in our company is supported in their continued career growth,” said Melody Mattox, Sendero’s Chief People Officer. “I could not be more excited to see the effective programs they’ve built be recognized through these awards.”

Since 2017, Sendero has received four ATD Dallas AXIS Awards for Talent Mobility, Knowledge Management, Learning Technology, and Performance Improvement. In the past year, Sendero has been recognized as a national Top Workplace, has been named a Top Place to Work by the Dallas Morning News, and has received awards for their in-kind service support for nonprofits. Managing Director Amy Goad has also received national recognition through Consulting Magazine’s Rising Star award.
