Consulting
Manager to Senior Manager
Meagan January was promoted from Manager to Senior Manager. Since joining Sendero in 2020, Meagan has honed her expertise in technology enablement for utilities companies, developed strategic roadmaps for non-profits, and leveraged her previous experience in oil and gas operations to serve customers. Additionally, she has provided oversight for PMO strategies and expanded transformational project efforts for cross-departmental implementations. Her experience includes project management, vendor management, client relationship development, and large program management.
Analyst to Manager
Morgan Cox was promoted from Analyst to Manager. Morgan joined Sendero in 2020 and has developed expertise in project management and business process analysis and design. Her experience spans various sectors, including healthcare and manufacturing, where she has led enterprise-wide software implementations, software solution selections, and strategic initiatives to optimize client outcomes.
Rachel Davis was promoted from Analyst to Manager. Rachel joined Sendero in 2023 and has experience in the utilities, manufacturing, and financial services industries. Rachel is proficient in project and change management and has experience in systems implementation.
Alex Hebert was promoted from Analyst to Manager. Alex joined Sendero in 2020 and has primarily worked in the utilities industry. During his tenure, he has developed project management expertise and led organizational change management efforts for multiple system implementations, instructional design and training deployments, and process improvement initiatives.
Landen Oster was promoted from Analyst to Manager. Landen joined Sendero in 2022 and has primarily supported clients in the healthcare industry through operations optimization and strategic planning. In his work, he has implemented innovative solutions to enhance efficiency, quality of care, and overall performance within healthcare organizations.
Karim Virani was promoted from Analyst to Manager. Karim joined Sendero in 2022 and has primarily served clients within the utilities industry. During his tenure, he has gained extensive experience in data analytics and automation, business process improvement, strategic financial planning, and IT asset management.
Associate to Analyst
The following employees were promoted from Associate to Analyst: Sam Borton, Ryan Brown, Connor Cofoid, JR Cook, Cole Forson, Taylor Grace, Blake Loosley, Erik Mohr, Katya Schane, and Caroline Winslow.
Operations
From Senior Manager to Director
Jessi Nicoll was promoted from Accounting & Finance Senior Manager to Director of Accounting & Finance. Since joining Sendero in 2013, Jessi has been invaluable in developing the firm’s accounting and finance capabilities, including implementing new time and expense systems and launching a new payroll process. In her new role, Jessi will continue to lead internal financial programs.
Manager to Senior Manager
Amy Kocks was promoted from Talent Acquisition Manager to Talent Acquisition Senior Manager. Amy joined Sendero in 2020 with experience recruiting early-career and experienced talent, in addition to her background in payroll, benefits, and training. She oversees Sendero’s robust campus and experienced professional recruiting processes, new hire coordination, talent acquisition best practices and strategies, and continuous process improvement initiatives to ensure Sendero continues to attract top talent.
Caroline Rozanski was promoted from Delivery Support Manager to Delivery Support Senior Manager. Caroline joined Sendero in 2016 as a consultant before transitioning to Internal Operations in 2021. She has leveraged her consulting experience to lead large-scale internal projects and drive the development of templates, guides, and curated learning materials designed to onboard consultants to new client projects.
Allison Schrubb was promoted from Human Resources Manager to Human Resources Senior Manager. Since joining the company in 2016, Allison has obtained her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) Certification, was honored with the Emerging HR Leader of the Year Award by DallasHR, represented Sendero as a speaker at the HR Southwest Conference, and has successfully led multiple HR initiatives. Recent efforts include leading a compensation initiative to increase transparency, managing the transformation of an HR-required training into an engaging interactive digital course, and overseeing Sendero’s award-winning MotivateMe Program.
Specialist to Senior Specialist
The following employees were promoted from Specialist to Senior Specialist: Monica Bea Chua (Delivery Support), Sara Glazier (Facilities), and Victoria Medina (Accounting & Finance).
