DALLAS, TX – Sendero, a management consulting firm with expertise delivering strategic planning, digital transformation, and organizational effectiveness solutions, is pleased to announce the promotion of Jessi Nicoll to Director of Accounting & Finance.
Since joining Sendero in 2013, Jessi has been invaluable in developing the firm’s accounting and finance capabilities, including implementing new time and expense systems and launching a new payroll process. Jessi’s tenure has also been marked by her contributions to the community through the finance committee of Our Friends’ Place, the board of directors of Bea’s Kids, and Sendero’s Community Rocks program. Most recently, she served as a leadership sponsor of Sendero’s Women’s Affinity Group. In her new role, Jessi will continue to lead internal financial programs.

Jessi has 14 years of accounting and finance experience. During her time at Sendero, she has led the firm’s annual 401k plan audit, launched the account health program, and developed financial packets for client engagements. These initiatives marked key milestones in the growth of the firm’s accounting and finance operations.
Jessi is a member of the Association for Financial Professionals and holds a BBA in Finance from Texas A&M University.
