A Texas-based commercial bank experiencing rapid growth needed to improve the way its Operations teams captured, measured, and visualized performance data. With five operational areas—Loan Operations, Deposit Operations, Procurement, Business Integration, and Client Onboarding & Service Delivery—each tracking unique KPIs and KRIs, data reporting had become inconsistent, inefficient, and overly manual.

Sendero was engaged to design and implement a sustainable dashboard solution that would bring consistency, efficiency, and actionable insights across Operations.

How Sendero delivered

Sendero began by interviewing key stakeholders across all five Operations areas to understand their existing metrics, pain points, and data collection methods. Using this input, the team developed a holistic KPI and KRI framework, then partnered with the bank’s Reporting & Analytics group to implement Microsoft Power BI as the unified reporting tool.
