New Senior Director appointment: Caitlyn Byther

DALLAS, TX – Sendero, a management consulting firm with expertise delivering strategic planning, digital transformation, and organizational effectiveness solutions, is pleased to announce the promotion of Caitlyn Byther to Senior Director, Marketing & Business Development Operations.

Since joining Sendero in 2017, Caitlyn has been instrumental in developing the firm’s integrated marketing strategy, including brand development, thought leadership, and client and media relations. In her new role, Caitlyn will continue to oversee Sendero’s marketing efforts. She will also be responsible for leading all external growth functions, such as sales operations and enablement.

“Caitlyn’s vision for Sendero’s brand, market positioning, and sales infrastructure has enabled us to enter this new phase of growth,” said COO Ruth Farrar. “She is building the strategies and systems we need to ensure our clients and prospects maintain awareness of Sendero’s capabilities for driving improvements across their organizations.”

Caitlyn has 15 years of strategic marketing and sales operations experience. During her tenure at Sendero, she has led a firm-wide rebrand, the implementation of both an omnichannel marketing strategy and a customer relationship management system, and a shift in client acquisition strategy.

Caitlyn holds a BA in Corporate Communications and Public Affairs from Southern Methodist University.
