As Senior Director of Marketing & Business Development Operations, Caitlyn is responsible for Sendero’s marketing and business development strategy, including overseeing the firm's sales enablement and operations, client relations and integrated marketing initiatives.
Caitlyn defines the approach to brand strategy, message and audience development, thought leadership content, events, and community involvement. Her expertise in market positioning and growth continues to enable Sendero to reach existing and future clients.
She brings 15 years of professional services experience to her role.

During her free time, you can find her with her husband trying new recipes, listening to live music, hiking or skiing in Colorado, and trying to keep up with their two daughters. An avid reader and Peace Corps volunteer, she loves the outdoors — especially the mountains.
