Sendero began by facilitating requirements gathering sessions to understand the organization’s communication challenges and unique operational needs. After identifying the need for cross-location collaboration, the team selected and implemented Microsoft Office 365 Nonprofit Business Essentials, which included Teams, OneDrive, and Yammer.
