Employee matching program.
In alignment with our core values of community engagement, we provide a matching contribution program that enables employees to amplify their support for approved 501(c)(3) organizations.
sendero cares
We’re here to make an impact — which includes being a force for good in our communities. Giving back is a shared passion among our people, and our efforts are truly team driven. We choose the organizations we support based on our employees and the personal connections they have with various causes and organizations.
Our approach to giving
As a company, we are proud to support the organizations that matter most to our people. To support that goal, we created Sendero Cares, an employee-driven committee that finds creative ways to build awareness of and promote the causes brought forward by Senderoans, facilitate charitable group activities, and administer our matching funds program. The committee also drives our pro bono consulting program in conjunction with an internal advisory board.
How we give
In alignment with our core values of community engagement, we provide a matching contribution program that enables employees to amplify their support for approved 501(c)(3) organizations.
Leveraging our team’s diverse consulting expertise, we’ve completed 50+ pro bono projects, directly supporting 30+ nonprofit organizations. Each community rock project is identified and championed by our employees through an internal process.
To empower our employees to actively contribute to their communities, we provide a monthly paid volunteer time (PVT) benefit that can be used to support approved 501(c)(3) organizations.
When several Senderoans support an organization, we recognize it. Nonprofits that are consistently championed by employees are eligible for additional sponsorship and volunteer opportunities.
Throughout the year, we actively support a wide array of charity events, spanning various causes and initiatives. We enthusiastically invite all team members to join us in making a meaningful impact.
