Ruth’s primary responsibilities include driving strategic planning, ensuring alignment with Sendero’s award-winning culture, and leading the internal operations team. Under her direction, Sendero’s core internal functions work in synergy with the company’s consulting practice.
With more than 30 years in management consulting and operations, Ruth has proven experience in industries including professional services, banking, and energy.

Married with four children, Ruth is a novice yogi, and avid fan of musical theater. When not working she enjoys cooking, gardening and ballroom dancing. Her favorite past trips include Purgatory, Colorado, and the Turks and Caicos Islands. She looks forward to exploring areas around her children’s colleges, and her dream trip is wine tasting with her best friend in New Zealand.
