With over 30 years of management consulting and IT operations experience, Kyle has led strategic efforts that help clients leverage cloud technologies to improve productivity, reduce risk, and quickly respond to ever-changing business needs.
Kyle is currently leading Sendero’s Human Capital Management practice. He has led teams to support the implementation and modernization of HCM applications such as UKG, with whom Sendero is a Solution Delivery Partner. He has also led HCM selections and implementation activities involving many platforms such as UKG Pro, Workday, and Dayforce. His industry experience includes utilities, healthcare, manufacturing, security services, oil and gas, restaurant and entertainment, and real estate.

- Vice President, State Fair of Texas Chairman’s Task Force
- Volunteers for the State Fair of Texas, raising scholarship funds for kids who show livestock and pursue agriculture disciplines in college

Married with two daughters, Kyle lives on a ranch where he raises cattle, chickens, and bees. He is an avid outdoorsman, a not-quite-licensed shade-tree mechanic, and a heavy machinery operator at heart. He also enjoys college football, bird hunting, and single malt scotch.
