CONSULTING

MANAGER TO SENIOR MANAGER

Alex Hill was promoted from Manager to Senior Manager. Alex joined Sendero in 2016 and has since sharpened her skills in IT project management through leading or supporting system implementation and technology enablement efforts for our financial services, utilities, oil and gas, and healthcare clients. She has also helped development teams adopt agile principles and values to aid in the software development life cycle.

Sandy Khoury was promoted from Manager to Senior Manager. Sandy joined Sendero in 2017 and has led projects in a variety of areas including program design and management, system implementation, organizational change management, process improvement, and strategy determination. Her industry experience includes healthcare, utilities, oil and gas, and professional services.

ANALYST TO MANAGER

Andrew Bryan was promoted from Analyst to Manager. Andrew joined Sendero in the summer of 2017 and has spent the past 5 years working in the utilities and healthcare industries. He has been serving as a project manager for multiple years now on diverse types of projects, from small infrastructure efforts to cross-functional, multi-year, multi-million-dollar technology enablement projects.

Christine Farha was promoted from Analyst to Manager. Christine joined Sendero in 2017 and has experience in retail, tax, and the utility industry. During her time at Sendero, she has focused on organizational change management, project management, technology implementation, and digital transformation.

Yasmine Ghorbel was promoted from Analyst to Manager. Yasmine joined Sendero in 2017 and has experience in the utilities, healthcare, and financial services industries. At Sendero, she has led a change management program for implementing an EHR system, IT integration project management for a post-merger integration, as well as leading project teams as a Scrum Master.

Meagan Eichenlaub was promoted from Analyst to Manager. Meagan joined Sendero in 2020 with previous consulting experience creating IT strategies for a diverse group of Oil & Gas producers. At Sendero, she has served as a project manager delivering technology projects in Human Capital Management, Health, and Safety as well as Financial Information Systems.

ASSOCIATE TO ANALYST

The following employees were promoted from Associate to Analyst: Lee Cardwell, Morgan Cox, Alex Hebert, Zoey Lacey-Gotz, Sarah Lawson, Delaney McKinney, Thomas Neuteufel, Sarah Pettengill, Kate Pruitt, Abigail Sowder, Drake Trosper, and Cameron Wilson.

OPERATIONS

SENIOR SPECIALIST TO MANAGER

Jacy Witt was promoted from Marketing Senior Specialist to Marketing Manager. Jacy joined Sendero in 2016 as a consultant before transitioning to the Marketing team in 2020. She is responsible for overseeing and managing Sendero’s relational and relevance-driven activities including internal and external events, sponsorships, and appreciation.

SPECIALIST TO SENIOR SPECIALIST

The following employees were promoted from Specialist to Senior Specialist: Hannah Lykins (Marketing) and Jillian Ward (Accounting & Finance).
