DALLAS, TX – Sendero, a management consulting firm with expertise delivering strategic planning, technology enablement, and organizational effectiveness solutions, is pleased to announce the hiring of Taylor Seville, Manager.

Tell us about your past work experience: “I have worked in the healthcare, employee benefits, and insurance consulting industries since joining my last company as an Associate Consultant after college. I advanced within the company to the Consulting Manager role where I spent the past few years growing talent and helping others achieve their goals. I have over eight years of experience in analytics, process improvement, systems development and deployment, training development and delivery, project management, and organizational change management. People management has absolutely been the greatest privilege of my career so far.”

How did you first hear about Sendero? “I feel so fortunate to have stumbled upon Sendero on LinkedIn. I was hooked from my very first conversation with Paige McKay on the Talent Acquisition team.”

What are you most looking forward to in this next year? “I’m so excited to join Sendero and contribute to this wonderful firm. I look forward to building relationships, growing and challenging myself, and raising my family.”
