DALLAS, TEXAS – Sendero, a full-service management consulting firm dedicated to delivering results and unleashing potential for its clients and community, has been recognized by Cigna Healthcare with a gold-level Healthy Workforce Designation for demonstrating a strong commitment to improving the health and vitality of its employees through its well-being program.

Since 2023, Sendero has fostered an internal well-being initiative in partnership with Cigna’s MotivateMe program. Through the program, employees can earn points and prizes by completing activities that support physical, social, and emotional wellness. In addition, Sendero regularly hosts employee wellness events, including an indoor cycling class and a team-based step challenge.

A workplace well-being program that takes a comprehensive approach to employee health can be critical in boosting vitality and building a workforce that experiences better overall health and job productivity.
