DALLAS, TX – Sendero, a full-service management consulting firm delivering the “how” behind business transformation, announces its newest class of promotions. As a company committed to developing our people and supporting their career growth, Sendero is proud to celebrate this announcement.
Renita Brooks was promoted from Analyst to Manager. Renita joined Sendero in 2024, bringing business experience across the financial services and healthcare industries. She has expertise in cybersecurity, telecommunications, customer research and testing, process improvement, PMO, and media sales and advertising. She is also a Certified Scrum Master.
Angela Burnett was promoted from Analyst to Manager. Angela joined Sendero in 2024 with a diverse background in mission-driven organizations and consumer-focused industries. At Sendero, Angela has led system implementations and EHR strategies for a large healthcare system, driving enterprise-wide initiatives that enhance customer experience and streamline operations.
Wyatt Crider was promoted from Analyst to Manager. Wyatt joined Sendero in 2021 and primarily supports clients in the energy and utilities industry. He has experience in project management, system implementation, and the software development lifecycle. His expertise includes supply chain, logistics, and warehouse management.
Brian Friedrichs was promoted from Analyst to Manager. Brian joined Sendero in 2024 and has completed projects across the energy, utilities, and healthcare industries. During his time at Sendero, he has developed expertise in project management, system implementation, product management, and DevOps team leadership.
Will Riney was promoted from Analyst to Manager. Will joined Sendero in 2021 and has worked across the utilities and manufacturing industries. His project experience spans data and analytics, system implementation, and project and program management, where he has led technology-focused initiatives across every phase of the project lifecycle.
Kristen Soderberg was promoted from Analyst to Manager. Kristen joined Sendero in 2021 and has supported clients across the energy, utilities, manufacturing, and healthcare industries through complex system implementations and change initiatives. She brings deep expertise in organizational change management and project management, complemented by a strong background in branding and design strategy.
The following employees were promoted from Associate to Analyst: Jessie Agcaoili, Ryan Aroesty, Emily Ash, Sarah Eltell, Mikaela Fidler, Calliann Gooding, Adrienne Gray, Zachary Holcomb, Nicholas Hung, Megan Keefe, Jared Littlefield, Jordan Mays, Luke Musser, Justin Rbeiz, and Abigail Whitman.
Allison Medell was promoted from Marketing Senior Specialist to Marketing Manager. Allison joined Sendero as a consultant in 2019 and transferred to Internal Operations in 2022. She manages various components of Sendero’s content development strategy while also overseeing initiatives related to partnerships, public relations, awards, and graphic design.
Alec Esqueda (Talent Acquisition) was promoted from Specialist to Senior Specialist.
