Consulting

Manager to Senior Manager

Brendan Hopper was promoted from Manager to Senior Manager. Brendan joined Sendero in 2017 and has since sharpened his skills in technology enablement through leading system implementation efforts for utilities clients. His expertise includes Agile project management, mobility strategy, and program management. Brendan also has financial analysis and program design experience in the healthcare space.

Amber Jacobs was promoted from Manager to Senior Manager. Amber joined Sendero in 2016 and has experience in the healthcare, utilities, and distribution industries. Her project background includes process analysis, Agile and traditional project management, organizational change management, vendor management, and end-to-end technology implementations.​

Analyst to Manager

Mesele Bedasa was promoted from Analyst to Manager. Mesele joined Sendero in 2019 and possesses diverse experience in the utilities and healthcare industries. During his tenure, Mesele has managed the successful execution of numerous IT implementation projects and large-scale process improvement initiatives.

Joshua Bolen was promoted from Analyst to Manager. Joshua joined Sendero in 2019 and has experience in the utilities, energy, and construction industries. During his time at Sendero, he has led change management programs for multiple IT service management organizations and led quality assurance activities for a major asset management transformation.

Brittney Effner was promoted from Analyst to Manager. Brittney joined Sendero in 2020 and has primarily worked in the utilities industry, with an emphasis in learning and development initiatives in the corporate safety and technical training space. Brittney has experience in project management, current state analysis, and system implementation projects.

Molly Gilliland was promoted from Analyst to Manager. Molly joined Sendero in 2019 and has gained industry experience in the energy and utilities sectors. She has led a successful technology replacement program, managed an IT system upgrade, and provided support for multiple regulatory compliance documentation consolidation efforts.

Kathryn Harrington was promoted from Analyst to Manager. Kathryn joined Sendero in 2018 and has experience across the healthcare, financial services, and hospitality and entertainment industries. Throughout her time at Sendero, she has developed project management and organizational change management skills through global and nationwide system implementations, strategy recommendations, and process improvement initiatives.

Kevin Mezzanatto was promoted from Analyst to Manager. Kevin joined Sendero in 2019 and has experience leading enterprise-wide projects and driving actionable change in the healthcare and utilities industries. His expertise includes IT infrastructure, project management, technology implementation, and digital transformation.

Chris Scoggins was promoted from Analyst to Manager. Chris joined Sendero in 2021 and holds expertise in IT project management, large-scale technology implementations, and Agile methodology for management and quality assurance testing. Chris has served clients in both the utilities and healthcare industries.

Meher Vallabhaneni was promoted from Analyst to Manager. Meher joined Sendero in 2019 and has experience serving clients in the healthcare, financial services, insurance, and utilities industries. With expertise in project management, business and financial analysis, and data analytics, Meher has led and supported large-scale systems implementations, post-M&A integrations, business process design and enhancements, mobile application development, and strategic planning initiatives.

The following employees were promoted from Associate to Analyst: Anudaan Arora, Rose Click, Tyler Cohen, Camryn Dooley, Em Echeverria, Halina Haider, Robbie Harris, EJ Hernandez, Tito Martinez, Daniel Okun, Lucas Rhamy, Will Riney, Abby Rose, Chris Salazar, Ella Schillaci, Jennica Shah, Ronnie Sloan, and Corban Sorrells.

Operations

Director to Senior Director

Caitlyn Byther

Caitlyn Byther was promoted from Director to Senior Director of Marketing & Business Development Operations. Since joining Sendero in 2017, Caitlyn has been instrumental in developing the firm’s integrated marketing strategy, including brand development, thought leadership, and client and media relations. In her new role, Caitlyn will continue to oversee Sendero’s marketing efforts. She will also be responsible for leading all external growth functions, such as sales operations and enablement.

Manager to Senior Manager

Brittney Norris was promoted from Organizational Development Manager to Organizational Development Senior Manager. After interning with Sendero in 2012, Brittney joined full-time in 2013 as a consultant before transitioning to Internal Operations in 2019. Her responsibilities include overseeing Sendero’s performance management processes and supporting employee engagement, talent mobility, and staffing efforts.

Senior Specialist to Manager

Elizabeth Bryant was promoted from Organizational Development Senior Specialist to Organizational Development Manager. Elizabeth joined Sendero in 2018 as a consultant before transitioning to Internal Operations in 2020. She is responsible for maintaining key elements of Sendero’s organizational health activities, including managing the leadership pipeline, growth opportunity planning, talent review, and staffing assignments.

Specialist to Senior Specialist

The following employees were promoted from Specialist to Senior Specialist: Abby Benitez (Human Resources), Micah Bires (Marketing), Amy Cox (Learning & Development), Elia Gomez (Accounting & Finance), Kelsey Proctor (Talent Acquisition), and Maddie Vondrachek (Organizational Development).
