DALLAS, TX – Sendero, a Dallas-based management consulting firm, announces its newest class of promotions.
Jeff Schar was promoted from Principal to Managing Director. Jeff joined Sendero as a Manager in 2008. His career includes substantial experience in SAP, strategy, and organizational effectiveness, which he delivers in meaningful ways to clients. Catherine Burke was promoted from Manager to Senior Manager. Catherine joined Sendero in 2019, bringing experience in delivering large technology projects using Agile methodologies. In her time at Sendero, she has worked in the healthcare industry, leveraging her background to understand complex systems and identify solutions with clients to improve the scalability and repeatability of processes. She is an effective team leader with experience leading multiple cross-functional teams.
Brandon Downs was promoted from Manager to Senior Manager. Brandon joined Sendero in 2014 from a nationwide sports retailer and has experience in various strategy, organizational effectiveness, and change management projects in both technical and functional areas. In his career, he has led process evaluation and design, strategic roadmap facilitation, organizational effectiveness, and change management implementations within the manufacturing, marketing, electric utility, retail, and oil & gas service industries.
Lauren Shamoon was promoted from Analyst to Manager. Lauren joined Sendero in 2015 and has experience in a variety of industries, including electric utilities, healthcare, and manufacturing. She has focused on program and project management, systems integration, technology implementations, and training curriculum.
Sabena Virani was promoted from Analyst to Manager. Sabena joined Sendero in 2017 with a background in social impact, process design, vendor management, and organizational change management. At Sendero, Sabena has served in leadership roles at commercial banking and utility clients, focusing on project management, technology implementations, and building and growing successful teams.
The following employees were promoted from Associate to Analyst: Alex Klaassen, Andrew Bryan, Annika Neldeberg, Camryn McGinnis, Claire Wimberly, Julie Ding, Kathryn Harrington, Katie Musselman, Nicholas Ray, Payton Gray, Rachel Kennedy, Ryan Fritz, Sarah Ritthaler, and Taylor Warring.
Christi Bellon was promoted from Senior Director, Accounting and Finance to Managing Director. After spending time as a Director of SOX Compliance, Christi joined Sendero in early 2008. Her career includes over 25 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, and SOX compliance. Melody Mattox was promoted from Senior Director, Talent Management to Managing Director. Melody joined Sendero in late 2008. Her career includes extensive experience in talent acquisition, human resources, learning and development, and organizational development spanning consulting, IT, and multiple industries. Caitlyn Byther was promoted from Senior Manager, Marketing to Marketing Director. Caitlyn joined Sendero in 2017 as a Senior Manager, where she is responsible for overseeing the firm’s marketing and communications activities, including integrated marketing and communications strategy design, brand development and management, client relationship experiences, and team growth and development. Jessi Gilks was promoted from Accounting & Finance Manager to Senior Manager. Jessi joined Sendero in 2013 as an Accounting and Finance Specialist, after beginning her career in the nonprofit sector. She is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day accounting and finance functions for the firm.
Kaitlin Loomis (Marketing) was promoted from Specialist to Senior Specialist.
