New Managing Director appointment: Melody Mattox

DALLAS, TX – Sendero, a management consulting firm with expertise delivering strategic planning, technology enablement, and organizational effectiveness solutions, is pleased to announce the promotion of Melody Mattox to Managing Director.

Melody joined Sendero in 2008. Her career includes extensive experience in talent acquisition, human resources, learning and development, and organizational development spanning consulting, IT, and multiple industries. She has a strong history in strategic planning, continuous improvement, and overall management for internal talent management functions.

“Under Melody’s leadership, Talent Management has developed into a thriving, award-winning function that consistently delivers value across our firm,” said CEO and Founder, Bret Farrar. “Melody’s vision, passion, and commitment to excellence have been fundamental to Sendero’s growth and success.”

During her time at Sendero, Melody built the Talent Management function from the ground up, put in place the processes and tools needed to ensure a successful future for the business, and produced award-winning programs that are consistently recognized by clients and the community.

“I firmly believe that opportunities for growth are unexpected as career choices lead you down new paths,” Melody added. “With the guidance of wonderful mentors, friends, and family members, I have been blessed with opportunities on my personal journey to do what I love, stumble and try again, and learn new things. Melody attended Southern Methodist University, where she majored in Mechanical Engineering. Upon graduating from college, she worked in industry as a consultant with Accenture and later as an IT Director at TXU before joining Sendero as a consulting contractor.
