Senior Manager to Principal
Liya Getachew was promoted from Senior Manager to Principal. Liya joined Sendero in 2014 with a background in financial services. In her time at Sendero, she has served in many leadership roles and has successfully executed a variety of initiatives, including establishing program management offices, streamlining of business processes, facilitating organizational change management, leading large ERP system implementations, and managing vendor sourcing. Liya’s experience spans multiple industries, including manufacturing, healthcare, utilities, energy, and construction.
Manager to Senior Manager
Lauren Beistegui was promoted from Manager to Senior Manager. Lauren joined Sendero in 2016 and possesses diverse experience across the oil & gas, utilities, and nonprofit industries. Her background includes experience in organizational effectiveness and strategic planning initiatives, with expertise in organizational change management (OCM), organizational design, and business process management.
Ryan Braley was promoted from Manager to Senior Manager. Ryan joined Sendero in 2016 and has delivered a variety of projects related to systems implementation, business process optimization, mobility, supply chain management, and business continuity & disaster recovery across multiple industries, including utilities, oil & gas, and financial services. He is an experienced leader who has demonstrated a commitment to partnering with clients to solve complex business challenges while fostering a collaborative team dynamic.
Hayley Rabe was promoted from Manager to Senior Manager. Hayley joined Sendero in 2015 and has experience in the utilities, healthcare, hospitality & entertainment, financial services, and automotive industries. She is passionate about partnering with clients to execute effective strategic decisions, including implementing large-scale digital transformations, establishing project management offices (PMOs), overseeing mergers & acquisitions, leading vendor assessments, and delivering OCM.
Analyst to Manager
Erynn Conde was promoted from Analyst to Manager. Erynn joined Sendero in 2019 and has leveraged her expertise in project management, IT infrastructure, and systems implementation to drive strategic initiatives and successfully lead multiple enterprise-wide deployments for clients across the healthcare, utilities, and energy industries.
Thomas Lasdavanh was promoted from Analyst to Manager. Thomas Joined Sendero in 2021 and has developed expertise in systems implementation, software product development, and business analytics for clients in the healthcare and financial services industries.
Brandon Mitchell was promoted from Analyst to Manager. Brandon joined Sendero in 2021 and has further developed his skills in project management within the healthcare and utilities industries. His expertise and project background include Agile and traditional project management, systems implementation, process improvement, and change management.
Corinne Owen was promoted from Analyst to Manager. Corinne joined Sendero in 2019 and has accumulated valuable industry experience in the healthcare, utilities, and energy sectors. She has played a pivotal role in overseeing enterprise-wide software implementations, managing IT M&A integrations, and driving strategic initiatives to enhance client outcomes.
Michael Rios was promoted from Analyst to Manager. Michael joined Sendero in 2021 and has expertise in the financial services, utilities, and manufacturing spaces. He has been a key resource on multiple custom development projects, leveraging both Agile and traditional project management methodologies, for clients across the globe.
Drake Trosper was promoted from Analyst to Manager. Drake joined Sendero in 2020 and has developed expertise in IT project management and business process analysis and design. He has worked on large-scale systems implementations and post-M&A process integrations as a strategic advisor to senior leaders.
Aneesa Vaidya was promoted from Analyst to Manager. Since joining Sendero in 2019, Aneesa has driven technology transformations in the utilities and professional services industries, refining PMO operations and elevating user experience strategies. A trusted advisor, Aneesa champions people-centric solutions for her clients.
Courtney Waterstreet was promoted from Analyst to Manager. Courtney joined Sendero in 2019 and has primarily worked in the utilities industry, with an emphasis on mobility and customer experience. Her project background includes project management for custom systems implementations, change management strategy, and quality assurance.

Operations
Senior Specialist to Manager
Hannah Lykins was promoted from Marketing Senior Specialist to Marketing Manager. Hannah joined Sendero in 2019 as a consultant before transitioning to Internal Operations in 2021. She is responsible for overseeing components of Sendero’s digital marketing strategy, including website management, paid advertising campaigns, email marketing initiatives, and analytics.

The following employees were promoted from Specialist to Senior Specialist: Rebecca Garrett (Human Resources), Anna Kakish (Learning & Development), and Nicolette PicKell (Business Development Operations).
