Liya Getachew

Throughout her Sendero tenure, Liya has partnered with her clients to successfully execute a variety of projects, including establishing new business functions, overseeing merger and acquisition activities, managing system integrations, and sourcing vendors. She joined Sendero in 2014 with a background in financial services. Today, Liya works with clients across a variety of industries, including manufacturing, healthcare, energy, and utilities.
Liya specializes in project management, systems integration, organizational change management, and process improvement. In recent projects, she has overseen the integration of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution, established a Project Management Office, and developed a framework to support business units during an international acquisition for a Fortune 500 company.

MORE ABOUT LIYA
Outside of work, Liya enjoys spending time with her husband, Adam. She dedicates her time to volunteering at the Dallas Mutual Assistance Association for the Ethiopian Community. She also mentors recent high school and college graduates. Her personal interests include community service, traveling, hiking, live music, and interior design.
