New Managing Director appointment: Jeff Schar

DALLAS, TX – Sendero, a management consulting firm with expertise delivering strategic planning, technology enablement, and organizational effectiveness solutions, is pleased to announce the promotion of Jeff Schar to Managing Director.

Jeff joined Sendero as a Manager in 2008. His career includes substantial experience in SAP, strategy, and organizational effectiveness. He has experience across multiple industries, including retail, global e-commerce, manufacturing, oil & gas, energy, and healthcare.

Jeff brings 19 years of consulting leadership experience to Sendero clients. He provides leadership with engagements centered on project management office (PMO) establishment, organizational change management (OCM) strategy and execution, business and IT process strategy and design, and mergers & acquisitions due diligence and integration. One of Jeff’s greatest strengths includes making and maintaining connections both internally and externally, and he is seen as a coach, advisor, entertainer, and team player.

Jeff has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Information and Operations Management (with an MIS track) from Texas A&M University, as well as a Master of Business Administration in Organizational Leadership and Strategy from Southern Methodist University.
