A multinational manufacturer of high-tech automotive testing equipment needed to modernize its analytics and reporting processes to support accelerated growth and evolving market demand. The company relied heavily on fragmented ERP data, inconsistent reporting, and manual spreadsheets, which limited visibility into key performance metrics.

To enable more reliable insights and empower executives with self-service analytics, the company selected Tableau as its enterprise visualization tool and partnered with Sendero to design and build an executive dashboard that would deliver consistent, actionable data.

How Sendero delivered

Sendero led a collaborative, data-driven approach to design and implement Tableau as the company’s analytics platform. Beginning with on-site workshops and requirements gathering, the team worked closely with executive and IT stakeholders to define meaningful KPIs, identify data owners, and map critical data sources across the business.
