About Ruth
As Chief Operations Officer, Ruth’s primary responsibilities include driving strategic planning, maturing Sendero’s delivery capabilities to improve consulting effectiveness, ensuring alignment with Sendero’s award-winning culture, and leading the internal operations team. Under her direction, Sendero continues to scale processes, talent, and capabilities to support the company’s extraordinary growth.
Ruth’s more than 30 years of experience in management consulting and operations have given her the insights necessary to develop the organization’s operational capabilities that bring Sendero’s strategy to fruition.

Married with four children, Ruth is an aspiring runner and avid fan of musical theater. When not working, she enjoys cooking, gardening, and ballroom dancing. Her favorite past trips include Purgatory, Colorado, Ireland, and the Turks and Caicos Islands. She looks forward to visiting her children and friends around the US and abroad, and her dream trip is wine tasting with her best friend in New Zealand.
