About Amy
As a management consulting leader with healthcare industry expertise, Amy possesses the stakeholder management skills that allow her to be an effective and efficient liaison between clients’ business and technical areas. Her strong client delivery and leadership skills led to her rise to Managing Director.
In recent engagements, she led initiatives to design healthcare analytics operating models, implement healthcare data governance, operationalize a project management office (PMO), and optimize project delivery processes. She has played leadership roles in PMO definition and development, systems implementation, change management, strategic sourcing, and operational readiness projects. Her unique healthcare leadership approach has been nationally recognized through Consulting Magazine’s Rising Star award for Excellence in Client Service.
