Consulting
Principal to Partner
Susanne Turnbo was promoted from Principal to Partner. Susanne joined Sendero as a Manager in 2007. Her career includes substantial experience in the implementation and support of complex systems and infrastructure for a variety of businesses. She has experience across multiple industries, including utilities, oil and gas, chemical, food and beverage, banking, and commercial real estate services. Analyst to Manager
Arsalan Nadeem was promoted from Analyst to Manager. Arsalan joined Sendero in 2017 and has consulting experience in disaster recovery, business continuity planning, strategic planning, and project management. Arsalan has provided solutions to clients in healthcare, technology, oil and gas, non-profit, manufacturing, banking, and government.
Kaylynn Sanchez was promoted from Analyst to Manager. Kaylynn joined Sendero in 2017 and has experience in the electric utility and oil & gas industries. She has led a variety of projects demonstrating her skillsets in organizational change management, training development and execution, business process improvement, and strategic planning.
Anna Stone was promoted from Analyst to Manager. Anna joined Sendero directly out of college in 2014 and has experience in IT project and vendor management, technology implementations, organizational change management, and strategic planning. She has served clients across a variety of industries including utilities, financial services, and healthcare.

The following employees were promoted from Associate to Analyst: D’Marquis Allen, Patrick Ding, Erin Granberry, Brendan Hopper, Kelly Karn, Karaline Knight, Anna Norkett, Tate Overend, and Carolina Solis.
Operations
Senior Specialist to Manager
Lauren Lyngstad (Marketing) was promoted from Senior Specialist to Manager. Lauren joined Sendero in 2014 in the consulting practice before transitioning internally to the Marketing team in 2016. She oversees the firm’s written content development, social media strategy, and various relationship-building activities.
Specialist to Senior Specialist
Megan Schaedel (Learning & Development) was promoted from Specialist to Senior Specialist.
Associate Specialist to Specialist
Courtney McIlvoy (Organizational Development) was promoted from Associate Specialist to Specialist.
