Sendero’s growth continues

DALLAS, TX – Sendero, a management consulting firm with expertise delivering strategy, process, technology, and human performance solutions across multiple industries, is pleased to announce the addition of six employees.

Sam Leflar joins the Sendero Team as a Manager. Sam brings four years of management consulting experience with specialties in process design and business transformation and nine years of industry experience in financial services. Prior to joining Sendero, Sam worked as a Manager of the Performance Improvement (PI) Practice at a global consulting firm.

Elaine Cochran joins the Sendero Team as a Manager. Elaine brings over 10 years of consulting experience with specialties in report development and process improvement. Prior to joining Sendero, Elaine worked in the telecommunications and healthcare industries at a boutique consulting firm.

Sam and Elaine are joined by four new Associates: Jana Clark (previous Sendero intern), Caroline Rozanski, Clay Smithhart, and Ted Tooley (previous Sendero intern).
