DALLAS, TX — Sendero Consulting, a Dallas-headquartered management consulting firm, ranked in 5 categories in Vault’s 2019 “Best Consulting Firms to Work For” awards: Best Consulting Firms for Hours in the Office (#4), Best Consulting Firms for Work/Life Balance (#4), Best Consulting Firms for Vacation Policies (#18), Relationships with Supervisors (#20), Travel Requirements (#23).

Vault’s rankings are based on exclusive insider information from verified employees in the consulting industry. Each year, Vault surveys thousands of consulting professionals. The Vault Consulting rankings are based on scores from almost 17,000 consulting firm employees surveyed earlier this year, who were asked to rate firms on a scale of 1 to 10 based on a variety of factors that include prestige, firm culture, compensation, work/life balances, the outlook for the firm, and overall satisfaction.
