DALLAS, TX – Sendero, a Dallas based management consulting firm, announces its newest class of promotions.
Kallie Smith was promoted from Manager to Senior Manager. Kallie joined Sendero in 2008 and has experience on various technology projects. In her career, she has led infrastructure implementations, acquisition preparation, post-acquisition integration efforts, and cybersecurity software implementations within the electric utility, digital marketing, and healthcare industries.
Staci Thetford was promoted from Manager to Senior Manager. Staci joined Sendero in 2011 and has extensive experience providing change management and organizational effectiveness solutions to clients in the government, utilities, manufacturing, and banking industries. Staci is effective at leading diverse teams in ensuring that the people side of any project is taken care of and ready for the changes coming their way.
Kim Arnold was promoted from Analyst to Manager. Kim joined Sendero in 2013 and has experience in large-scale system implementations, instructional design and development, organizational change management, and vendor management. Kim has served in leadership roles focusing on project management and change management for a variety of clients within the power utility, oil and gas, and healthcare industries.
Katherine Boomer was promoted from Analyst to Manager. Katherine joined Sendero in 2013 and is skilled in project management, strategic planning, and change management execution. Due to her experience in the power utility, oil and gas, and retail industries, Katherine has developed a passion for working with diverse teams and driving projects to high-quality, need-based solutions.
Jordan Kragen was promoted from Analyst to Manager. Jordan joined Sendero in 2013 and has experience in a variety of industries, including electric utilities, retail, and manufacturing. She has focused on program and project management, systems integration, technology implementations, organizational change management, and Project Management Organization (PMO) build-out.
Will Porter was promoted from Analyst to Manager. Will joined Sendero in 2015, bringing a high-powered legal education and oil and gas industry experience to the Houston market. He quickly established himself as an effective consultant across a wide range of project types and industries. Will’s enthusiasm and creativity have made him a sought-after teammate and a trusted advisor for the clients he serves.
Katie Schreiber was promoted from Analyst to Manager. Katie joined Sendero in 2013 and has experience in large scale project management, training development and execution, organizational change management, and system implementations. She has served as Project Manager, OCM/Training Lead, Testing Lead, and Business Analyst within the power utility, oil and gas utility, health care, and security industries. Katie is skilled in leading cross-functional teams, developing high-quality learning content, and driving agile and waterfall methodology projects to completion.
Miles Thurman was promoted from Analyst to Manager. Miles joined Sendero in 2016 and has experience in cybersecurity and IT infrastructure program management, IT strategy, and IT operations support. Miles has experience working in a variety of industries, including oil and gas, utilities, financial services, and consumer products.
The following employees were promoted from Associate to Analyst: Lauren Bell, Paige Calentino, Amber Jacobs, Lauren Lockemeyer, and JP Preisser.
Allison Schrubb (Human Resources) was promoted from Specialist to Senior Specialist. Allison joined Sendero in 2016 and holds her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification.
Christina Hadley (Finance & Accounting) was promoted from Associate Specialist to Specialist.
