Bret Farrar, Scott Miller, Ruth Farrar, Dave Allston, and Eric McConnell accept the Dallas Morning News Top 100 Places to Work Award on behalf of Sendero.

DALLAS – Sendero, a Dallas-based management consulting firm, was named to the 2016 Dallas Morning News Top 100 Places to Work list. This win marks the third time that Sendero has been honored with this accolade.

Sendero ranked number 30 in the most competitive field – businesses with fewer than 150 employees.

“Sendero company culture and its values were molded by our employees; they live them every day,” said Bret Farrar, Founder and CEO of Sendero. “You can see it in how they work and interact with each other, our clients, and our community. We are humbled that our collective efforts to make Sendero a great place to work have been recognized with this award. It inspires us to maintain and strengthen our collaborative, supportive, and entrepreneurial environment.”

In its annual rankings, The Dallas Morning News, together with WorkPlace Dynamics, conducts the award program to highlight companies that embody unparalleled culture and work environment for their employees.

Sendero was chosen as a Top Place to Work based on an independent confidential survey of several factors, including career advancement, working conditions, manager/employee relationships, and work/life balance as well as compensation and benefits. Sendero made the list based on its award-winning culture and commitment to its employees.
