Manager to Senior Manager
Nithin George was promoted from Manager to Senior Manager. Nithin joined Sendero in 2021 and has served clients in a variety of industries including utilities, healthcare, government, telecommunications, retail, real estate development, and construction. Nithin’s project experience includes PMO and organization buildouts, organizational change management strategy, system implementation, data migration, data analytics, system integration, IT infrastructure, and large-scale program management projects.
Analyst to Manager
Shelby Estep was promoted from Analyst to Manager. Shelby joined Sendero in 2021 and has primarily worked in the utilities industry. She has a proven track record in project management and organizational change management through multiple system implementations, training initiatives, and process improvement projects.
Karley Lea was promoted from Analyst to Manager. Karley joined Sendero in 2020 and has worked across a variety of practice areas. She has gained extensive experience in the utilities, financial services, real estate, and manufacturing industries. This diverse background has enabled her to build strong client relationships while honing her expertise in change management, training, testing, and project management.
Tito Martinez was promoted from Analyst to Manager. Since joining Sendero in 2021, he has partnered with clients in the utilities and construction industries, leading initiatives in software implementation, infrastructure integration, and strategic financial planning to drive operational efficiency and business growth.
Meghan McCahill was promoted from Analyst to Manager. Meghan joined Sendero in January 2021 and has primarily worked in the utilities industry. During her time at Sendero, her primary focus has been leading and implementing strategic efforts related to organizational change management and communications. She also has experience in project management, organizational effectiveness, and data visualization.
Daniel Munoz was promoted from Analyst to Manager. Daniel joined Sendero in 2019 and has experience in Agile project management, systems implementation, and IT infrastructure. Daniel has provided value for clients in the energy, utilities, and financial services industries, with roles ranging from business analyst to project manager.
Abigail Sowder was promoted from Analyst to Manager. Abigail joined Sendero in 2021 and has gained experience in healthcare, manufacturing, financial services, and nonprofit industries. Throughout her tenure and delivery of multiple projects, she has honed her skills in project management, strategic planning, and systems implementation.
