Manager to Senior Manager

Mesele Bedasa was promoted from Manager to Senior Manager. Since joining Sendero in 2019, Mesele has partnered with clients across the energy, utilities, healthcare, manufacturing, and CPG industries to deliver technology transformation and operational improvement initiatives. He brings expertise in program leadership, technology assessment and optimization, strategic sourcing, workforce technology, and change adoption.

Joshua Bolen was promoted from Manager to Senior Manager. Joshua joined Sendero in 2019 and has built experience across the energy, utilities, oil and gas, construction, and manufacturing industries. His work spans platform consolidation, data migration, architecture modernization, and sales operations enablement. Joshua is passionate about bringing structure to complex initiatives, building trusted relationships, and empowering teams through transparency, accountability, and collaboration.

Rachel Davis was promoted from Manager to Senior Manager. Rachel joined Sendero in 2023 with experience in project management and change management, specializing in cross-functional collaboration and coordination. Since joining Sendero, she has expanded her impact by leading organizational change initiatives across industries, helping clients navigate complex technology transformations, drive stakeholder engagement, and accelerate adoption of new processes and capabilities.

Shelby Estep was promoted from Manager to Senior Manager. Shelby joined Sendero in 2021 and has developed extensive experience in the energy and utilities industries, with a strong background in change management, project management, system implementation, and business strategy. She is passionate about building scalable solutions that improve operations and advance workforce productivity.

Kathryn Harrington was promoted from Manager to Senior Manager. Since joining Sendero in 2018, Kathryn has led enterprise technology and cloud transformation engagements, specializing in product implementation, platform migration, and financial optimization strategies. She currently drives cloud cost optimization and value realization for a Fortune 500 client in the CPG industry, enabling informed decision-making, operational efficiency, and sustained growth.

Alex Hebert was promoted from Manager to Senior Manager. Alex joined Sendero in 2020 and has industry experience in energy, utilities, healthcare, and nonprofit. He has honed his expertise in change adoption, program management, and process improvement. During his tenure, he has managed cross-functional technology programs, conducted comprehensive organizational impact assessments, built robust change management and training programs, and stood up Consulting-as-a-Service solutions.

Analyst to Manager

Sam Borton was promoted from Analyst to Manager. Sam joined Sendero in 2022 and has worked primarily in the energy and utilities industries. He specializes in change adoption, process improvement, and project management, with extensive experience driving change adoption strategies for workforce technology implementations.

Ryan Brown was promoted from Analyst to Manager. Ryan joined Sendero in 2022 and has primarily supported clients in the utilities industry, with a focus on renewable energy and transmission. He brings expertise in technology optimization, including project management, systems implementation, Bid-to-Bill systems, and business analysis.

Amber Dib was promoted from Analyst to Manager. Amber joined Sendero in 2021 and has worked primarily in the healthcare and manufacturing industries. During her time at Sendero, she has gained expertise in leading and supporting strategic planning efforts for marketing and communication teams, as well as driving change adoption programs and process improvement initiatives.

Justin Downey was promoted from Analyst to Manager. Justin joined Sendero in 2022 and has built experience across a diverse set of industries, including oil and natural gas, construction, luxury retail, nuclear cybersecurity, nonprofit, hospitality, entertainment, and startups. Throughout his time at Sendero, Justin has refined his expertise in strategy, organizational design, workforce productivity advancement, and innovation for enhanced customer experiences.

Halina Haider was promoted from Analyst to Manager. Halina joined Sendero in 2021 and has supported and led a wide range of client engagements across the energy, utilities, manufacturing, and CPG industries. Her expertise spans project management, testing, analytics, and system implementations.

Tanya Ittiruck was promoted from Analyst to Manager. Tanya joined Sendero in 2024 and has a career background in artificial intelligence, tax, and healthcare. She has worked with clients in the oil and gas, utilities, financial services, manufacturing, construction, and retail industries. Tanya has led and managed programs and projects to optimize technology, improve operations, and enhance customer experiences.

Saniya Jiwani was promoted from Analyst to Manager. Saniya joined Sendero in 2021 and has worked across a variety of industries, including healthcare, financial services, energy, and utilities. Her project experience includes process improvement, IT systems implementation, and project management, where she has successfully supported projects from planning to execution.

Kylie Matsumoto was promoted from Analyst to Manager. Kylie joined Sendero in 2021 and has primarily supported clients in the energy, utilities, and healthcare industries. Her project experience includes organizational change management strategy, project management, process improvement, and IT systems implementation.

Veda Pick was promoted from Analyst to Manager. Veda joined Sendero in 2022 and has industry experience in energy, utilities, and healthcare. She also has experience in IT PMO and VMO, project and financial management, IT systems implementation and integration, custom software development and deployment, technical product ownership, and business process analysis and documentation.

Lucas Rhamy was promoted from Analyst to Manager. Lucas joined Sendero in 2021 and has since contributed to a wide range of client engagements across the healthcare and utilities industries. He brings a strong foundation in system implementation, process improvement, and project management, guiding clients through complex initiatives that drive meaningful results.

Asia Strong was promoted from Analyst to Manager. Asia joined Sendero in 2025 and brings experience working with FQHCs and large healthcare systems. She contributes a strong combination of clinical experience, supply chain insight, and project management. Asia has developed extensive expertise in leading complex, highly integrated healthcare initiatives from planning to post go-live support to ensure impactful outcomes.

Xavier Walker was promoted from Analyst to Manager. Xavier joined Sendero in 2025 and has expertise in the healthcare technology industry. His technical expertise spans project management processes, with key engagements focused on project management office (PMO) and Agile methodologies.

Courtney Weppner was promoted from Analyst to Manager. Courtney joined Sendero in 2021 and has contributed to multiple client engagements, mainly in the healthcare, energy, and utilities industries. She has gained extensive experience in project management, data analytics, and vendor selection.
