Manager to Senior Manager
Brooke Przilas was promoted from Manager to Senior Manager. Brooke joined Sendero in 2021 with deep experience in health system operations and business development. At Sendero, she has managed healthcare analytics programs and strategic execution efforts across multiple industries. Brooke currently oversees delivery for a PMO-as-a-Service engagement with a large health system, focusing on clear, scalable solutions that streamline operations without overcomplicating them. She is passionate about fostering trusted relationships and investing in the growth and development of her teams.
Analyst to Manager
Anudaan Arora was promoted from Analyst to Manager. Anudaan joined Sendero in 2021 and has contributed to a wide range of client engagements across the financial services and utilities sectors. He brings expertise in project management, analytics, testing, and financial planning, and now leads project teams in delivering impactful solutions for clients.
Robert Harris was promoted from Analyst to Manager. Robert joined Sendero in 2021 and has worked across a variety of industries, including healthcare, insurance, and energy & utilities. His project experience includes IT systems implementation, organizational change management strategy, brand strategy, and process improvement.
Shannon Hogue was promoted from Analyst to Manager. Shannon joined Sendero in 2021 and has led system implementations and strategic initiatives in the cybersecurity space for multiple clients across industries.
David Imthurn was promoted from Analyst to Manager. David joined Sendero in 2023 and supports clients in the energy & utilities, financial services, healthcare, and nonprofit industries. Throughout his time at Sendero, David has led customer-focused initiatives and developed expertise in project management and systems implementation.
Brooks Zimmerman was promoted from Analyst to Manager. Brooks joined Sendero in 2022 and has worked primarily in the energy & utilities industry. His expertise spans project management, change management, system implementations, and business strategy. He has gained extensive experience in the development of project lifecycles—from planning and testing to execution.
