DALLAS, TX – Sendero, a Dallas based management consulting firm, announces its newest class of promotions.


Manager to Senior Manager

Amy Goad was promoted from Manager to Senior Manager. Amy joined Sendero in 2011 and has extensive experience in strategic outsourcing, program management, change management, IT strategy, vendor selection, and IT operations support. Amy has experience working in a variety of industries including oil and gas, utilities, consumer products, transportation, security and investigations, financial services, real estate investments.

Omar Khan was promoted from Manager to Senior Manager. Omar joined Sendero in 2009 and has extensive experience at creating finance and technology oriented business cases to support large, multi-dimensional projects, including migrations to the cloud. He has led blended teams of consultants, vendors, and client personnel to successfully deliver a variety of projects including infrastructure implementations, commercial software implementations, post-acquisition integration efforts, and large-scale IT cost reductions in the oil and gas, electric utility, and healthcare industries over his career.

Courtney Reese was promoted from Manager to Senior Manager. Courtney joined Sendero in 2011 and has 12 years of project management and consulting experience in the electric utility, health care, and printing and shipping services industries. Courtney specializes in strategic communications planning for large-scale initiatives, organizational change management, instructional design and development, and business process improvement.

Hilary Worrell was promoted from Manager to Senior Manager. Hilary joined Sendero in 2012 with experience on various information technology projects. Since then, she has developed industry experience focused on program and project management, procurement, systems integration, technology implementations and Project Management Organization (PMO) build-out within the public sector, telecommunications, and utilities industries.

Analyst to Manager

Jennifer Rossi was promoted from Analyst to Manager. Jennifer joined Sendero in 2014 and has experience in a variety of industries including oil and gas, electric utilities, construction services, software, aerospace, and banking. She has served in leadership roles on projects related to process improvement, project management, software implementation and licensing, and change management. In addition, Jennifer plays an active role in Sendero’s internal philanthropic committee and serves on the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors for a Houston arts non-profit, City ArtWorks.

Lindsay Wright joined Sendero in November 2016 and was promoted from Analyst to Manager. She has worked on system implementation and contact center redesign projects in the public utilities and retail electric industries. Internally, Lindsay has participated in the culture committee and is currently a part of the Analytics Center of Excellence (COE) where she focuses on data visualization and optimization.

Associate to Analyst

The following employees were promoted from Associate to Analyst: Shwetha Bhat, Ryan Braley, Sarah Chou, Lindsey Gavlick, Kelsey McLaughlin, Paula Nichols, Robert Purdy, and Jacy Witt.


Manager to Senior Manager

Jamie Cook was promoted from Manager to Senior Manager of Organizational Development.  Jamie joined Sendero in 2009 as a consultant, gaining technology and organizational change experience in data center migrations, system implementations, and project management. She transitioned to the Internal Operations team in 2016, where she leverages her consulting knowledge to focus on organizational development in employee engagement, leadership development, and change management.

Associate Specialist to Specialist

Grace Hogan (Learning & Development) and Hannah Sartore (Talent Acquisition) were promoted from Associate Specialist to Specialist.
