DALLAS, TX – Sendero, a Dallas based management consulting firm, announces its newest class of promotions.


Analyst to Manager

Will Caironi was promoted from Analyst to Manager. Will has deep experience managing projects in the IT space in areas including Disaster Recovery, ERP design and implementation, and data analytics. He also serves as a member of the Analytics COE (Center of Excellence), an internal committee devoted to expanding our knowledge base in the world of analytics.

Liya Getachew was promoted from Analyst to Manager. Liya joined Sendero in 2014 and has experience in multiple industries, including mortgage banking, oil and gas exploration and production, completion services and refining. She has served in leadership roles on projects related to acquisition, software implementation, process improvements, vendor sourcing, and establishing a project management office. She also serves as Director of Symposiums at PMI Dallas Chapter.

Caddy Jurica was promoted from Analyst to Manager. Caddy joined Sendero in 2012 and has a wide range of experiences in multiple industries, including Utilities, eCommerce, and Agriculture. She has deep experience in the Project Management and Change Management of multiple projects, including large IT implementations.

Brittney Leopold was promoted from Analyst to Manager. She joined Sendero in 2012 as an Intern and as a full-time Associate in 2013. Brittney has worked at different clients in industries ranging from manufacturing to electrical utilities. She plays an active leadership role in Sendero’s internal organizations that help shape our culture and people.

Luba Popov was promoted from Analyst to Manager. She joined Sendero in 2012 as an Associate and has worked on multitude of projects, including full-range software implementations, strategic planning and analytics, across clients in various of industries. Luba plays an active leadership role in Sendero’s internal philanthropic committee that supports our people’s passion for the community and promotes Sendero’s culture.

Associate to Analyst

The following employees were promoted from Associate to Analyst: Julianna Bond, Brian Childs, Jana Clark, Alex January, Becca Martin, Graham Martin, Chad Perkins, Nick Price, Caroline Rozanski, Matt Saenz, Lauren Shamoon, and Ted Tooley.



Senior Specialist to Manager

Alex Corum was promoted from Senior Specialist to Manager of the Learning & Development team. Alex began her Sendero career as a consultant, advancing to the Analyst level before joining Internal Operations in 2014. Alex leads the Learning and Development team including the creation, facilitation, and maintenance of Sendero’s formal training programs as well as fostering a learning culture throughout the firm.

Kelsey Hooten was promoted from Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to Talent Acquisition Manager. Kelsey joined Sendero in 2012 in the consulting practice before transitioning internally to lead Sendero’s recruiting team in 2014. Over the last 3 years, her efforts have contributed to significant employee headcount growth and optimized hiring practices.

Specialist to Senior Specialist

Lauren Lyngstad was promoted from Marketing Specialist to Marketing Senior Specialist. Lauren joined Sendero in 2014 in the consulting practice before transitioning internally to the Marketing team in 2016.

Associate Specialist to Specialist

Ilva Fejzulla (Learning & Development) and Allison Schrubb (Human Resources) were promoted from Associate Specialist to Specialist.
