SENIOR MANAGER TO PRINCIPAL

Scotty Buoy was promoted from Senior Manager to Principal. Scotty joined Sendero as a Manager in the Dallas office in 2014 where he has developed and leveraged his expertise with systems integration, business process improvement, portfolio and program management, contract advisory, mobility, and cloud projects. Chad Marshall was promoted from Senior Manager to Principal. Chad joined Sendero as a Senior Manager in the Dallas office in 2017, bringing over 13 years of deep technology consulting experience with him. MANAGER TO SENIOR MANAGER

Will Caironi was promoted from Manager to Senior Manager. Will joined Sendero in 2012 and has extensive experience in technology program leadership, data analytics, business process design/improvement, and Agile transformation within the Energy and Textile Distribution industries. He is an experienced team leader who has a passion for building and growing collaborative cross-functional teams.

Liya Getachew was promoted from Manager to Senior Manager. Liya joined Sendero in 2014, bringing experience from the financial services sector. In her time at Sendero, she has served in many leadership roles and successfully delivered a variety of projects related to mergers and acquisitions, software implementation, system integration, vendor sourcing, and establishing a project management office across multiple industries, including Health Care, Utilities, and Oil & Gas. She has collaborated with clients to identify solutions for complex problems, partnered with them to develop tangible action plans, and effectively managed the implementation of the proposed solutions.

Luba Popov was promoted from Manager to Senior Manager. Luba joined Sendero in 2012 and has delivered diverse projects of different scale in technology, strategic enablement, M&A, security and compliance. She has experience in both traditional methodologies and Agile frameworks ranging across multiple industries including Utilities, Manufacturing and Oil and Gas.

ANALYST TO MANAGER

Elleni Bekele was promoted from Analyst to Manager. Elleni joined Sendero in 2018 with experience across multiple industries including utilities, banking, manufacturing, retail, and transportation in areas of project management, technology implementation and business administration. She currently serves on Kids-U’s Board of Directors.

Ryan Braley was promoted from Analyst to Manager. Ryan joined Sendero in 2016 and has experience in a variety of industries including utilities, energy services, financial services, and oil & gas. Ryan has focused on technology implementations, project management, organizational change management, systems integration, and analytics during his time at Sendero.

Jeremy Fonteneaux was promoted from Analyst to Manager. Jeremy joined Sendero in 2016 with a background in financial services. Jeremy has served in leadership roles at commercial banks, utility clients and non-profits focusing on project management, technology implementations, and change management.

Amber Jacobs was promoted from Analyst to Manager. Amber joined Sendero in 2016 and has experience working with utility and interior surfaces distribution clients. She has focused on agile and traditional project management, organizational change management, and technology implementations.

Jana Monk was promoted from Analyst to Manager. Jana joined Sendero in 2016 and has experience in a variety of industries including healthcare, health insurance, electric utilities, and oil & gas. She has served in program and project management roles, with experience in technology implementations, M&A integrations, and application upgrades.

ASSOCIATE TO ANALYST

The following employees were promoted from Associate to Analyst: Andres Alvarado, Ryan Cantrell, Allie Dillard, Brooke Donelson, Emily Gullo, Mackenzie Lantefield, Mollie Merino, Kevin Mezzanatto, and Hannah Wimberly.

OPERATIONS

SENIOR SPECIALIST TO MANAGER

Shadia Conn was promoted from Senior Specialist to Accounting & Finance Manager. Shadia joined Sendero in 2017 as a Specialist with a background in non-profit and governmental accounting. She is responsible for overseeing the daily accounting and finance procedures, accurate and timely month end reporting, ad-hoc analysis, and special projects to support the firm.

Allison Schrubb was promoted from Human Resources Senior Specialist to Manager. Allison joined Sendero in 2016 and has a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from Texas Woman’s University. She also holds a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification and is a recipient of the 2020 DallasHR Stars Emerging Leader of the Year award.

SPECIALIST TO SENIOR SPECIALIST

Danny Meyer (Learning and Development) was promoted from Specialist to Senior Specialist.
