CONSULTING

MANAGER TO SENIOR MANAGER

Kim Arnold was promoted from Manager to Senior Manager. Kim joined Sendero in 2013 and has led projects in a variety of areas including organizational change management, technology implementation, business process design, and custom application development using traditional and agile methodologies. Her industry experience includes oil and gas, chemical manufacturing, financial services, electric delivery and healthcare.

Miles Collins was promoted from Manager to Senior Manager. Miles joined Sendero’s Dallas office in 2017 with a background in Infrastructure Technology. Since joining the firm, he has leveraged his expertise in system architecture, process improvement and ITSM principles to lead projects for our financial services, utilities, and healthcare clients.

Katie McFadin was promoted from Manager to Senior Manager. Katie joined Sendero in 2013 and has seven years of experience in large scale project management, training development and execution, organizational change management, and system implementations. She has served as Project Manager, OCM/Training Lead, Testing Lead, and Business Analyst within the power utilities, oil and gas utilities, healthcare, and security industries.

Kaylynn Sanchez was promoted from Manager to Senior Manager. Kaylynn joined Sendero in 2017 and has experience in the electric utilities, financial services, and oil and gas industries. She has led a variety of projects demonstrating her skillsets in organizational change management, training development and execution, business process improvement, technology enablement, and strategic planning.

Lindsay Wright was promoted from Manager to Senior Manager. Lindsay joined Sendero in 2016 and has led projects in a variety of areas including system implementation, project management, compliance, and organizational change management. Her industry experience includes utilities, telecom, and healthcare. Mostly recently, she has led a contact center transformation project in the healthcare industry.

ANALYST TO MANAGER

Reilee Berger was promoted from Analyst to Manager. Reilee joined Sendero in 2020 with previous management consulting experience creating IT strategies across multiple industries including energy, healthcare, and manufacturing. At Sendero he has served as a project manager and Scrum Master, delivering infrastructure technology projects.

Annika Neldeberg was promoted from Analyst to Manager. She joined Sendero in 2018 and has experience in the healthcare, retail, utilities, and consumer packaged goods industries. Her leadership experience has developed through vendor, change and project management for digital transformation programs, as well as strategic planning projects.

Carolina Solis was promoted from Analyst to Manager. Carolina joined Sendero in 2017 and has experience in the healthcare and utilities industries. During her time at Sendero, she has focused on technology implementations, project management, organizational change management, and marketing strategy development.

Sebastian Viladot was promoted from Analyst to Manager. Sebastian joined Sendero in 2019 with a supply chain and logistics background. He has lead projects across the energy, oil and gas, healthcare, and transportation industries. His experience includes project management, agile transformation, post-merger integration, digital transformation, organizational change management, and strategy development.

ASSOCIATE TO ANALYST

The following employees were promoted from Associate to Analyst: Sydney Adams, Josh Bolen, Erynn Conde, Arpit Dua, Brittney Effner, Christina Emmons, Abigail Engle, Paul Freeman, Molly Gilliland, Kyle Hazelbaker, Casey Lapham, Daniel Munoz, Corinne Owen, Madeline Quenan, Courtney Waterstreet, and Jeana Wilson.

OPERATIONS

MANAGER TO SENIOR MANAGER

Lauren Lyngstad was promoted from Marketing Manager to Marketing Senior Manager. Lauren joined Sendero in 2014 as a consultant before transitioning to the Marketing team in 2016. She is responsible for directing and managing Sendero’s content marketing strategy, including oversight of Sendero’s blog, website, social media, and video content.

SENIOR SPECIALIST TO MANAGER

John Jordan was promoted from Learning and Development Senior Specialist to Learning and Development Manager. John first joined Sendero in 2012 as a consultant and after moving overseas returned to the company in 2020 to join the Learning and Development team. John’s background in high school and university education, project management, leadership development, and training and delivery enables him to serve both the Learning and Development team and Sendero’s consultants.

Amy Kocks was promoted from Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist to Talent Acquisition Manager. Amy joined Sendero in 2020 with experience recruiting campus and experienced hires in addition to payroll, benefits, and training. She is responsible for overseeing Sendero’s robust campus recruiting program, summer internship, and internal Campus Champion program.

SPECIALIST TO SENIOR SPECIALIST

The following employees were promoted from Specialist to Senior Specialist: Thampuratty Jayadevan (Learning and Development) and Paige McKay (Talent Acquisition).
