The Dallas Morning News recognizes Sendero as a 2025 Top Workplace in Dallas-Fort Worth

DALLAS, TX – Sendero, a full-service management consulting firm, has been named to the Top Workplaces D-FW list by The Dallas Morning News and Medium Giant. This is Sendero’s fourth consecutive year on the list of top workplaces in the D-FW area and the seventh time the company has been included since its founding.

The Dallas Morning News and Medium Giant’sTop Workplaces D-FW is run by research partner, Energage, and is predicated on an extensive employee survey that celebrates excellence in areas such as company leadership, compensation, training, workplace flexibility, diversity, and more.

In 2025, 8,090 companies were nominated, with only 150 being recognized. They were determined through a combination of employee survey responses and reported company information. Employees cite the company’s strong workplace culture, commitment to professional development opportunities, and holistic approach to appreciation and well-being as reasons why Sendero is a top place to work.

Sendero has recently been recognized by Top Workplaces as a Culture Excellence Award winner, named to the 2024 Fortune Best Workplaces in Consulting & Professional Services™ list, and awarded PEOPLE magazine’s Companies that Care honor.
