Principal Promotions
Jay Jayasuriya joined Sendero as a Senior Manager in the Houston office in 2015, bringing over 15 years of previous management consulting experience with him. His areas of expertise include developing and executing strategic plans, technology innovation, operational optimization & excellence, and program development & launch. Amy Goad joined Sendero as an Associate in 2011. During her time at Sendero, she has developed extensive experience in strategic outsourcing, portfolio and program management, infrastructure project management, IT strategy, vendor selection and IT operations support. Senior Manager Promotions
George Hyde joined Sendero in 2016 with experience delivering technology enablement solutions for clients across a variety of industries. With a focus on program and project management throughout his career, he has worked on large-scale system implementations, mergers and acquisitions, strategic assessments, mobile technology projects, and GIS implementations.
Caddy Jurica joined Sendero in 2012 and has experience providing Project Management and Change Management solutions for clients in the oil and gas, utilities, and eCommerce industries. She has focused on GIS system implementations, post-acquisition integration efforts, PMO structuring, licensing, and strategic program planning.
Sam Leflar joined Sendero in 2016 and has led numerous successful projects and programs in the energy industry. He has deep consulting experience in the utilities and insurance industries and is passionate about building teams and partnering with businesses to execute transformation initiatives.
Scott Simari joined Sendero in 2014 and has experience in strategic planning, PMO portfolio management, technology rationalization and consolidation, data security, and disaster recovery implementations. He has worked for a variety of clients in the financial services, utilities, and oil and gas sectors.
Manager Promotions
Alex Hill joined Sendero in 2016 bringing client–facing accounting and project management experience. Alex served in project management leadership roles for clients in the utilities, oil & gas, and healthcare industries. She has experience in large-scale system implementations, application upgrades, and vendor management.
Miles Collins joined Sendero in 2017 with experience in systems engineering & design, IT project management, and IT operations support. He has served in advisory roles in a variety of industries, including financial services, utilities, and healthcare, with the goal of enabling IT organizations to effectively support their business.
Chad Perkins joined Sendero in 2015 and has project experience in system implementations, IT infrastructure stabilization, M&A integrations, and custom application development. He has worked in a variety of industries including oil and gas, utilities, health care, and financial services.
Caroline Rozanski joined Sendero in 2016 and has experience in large-scale project management, technology implementations, vendor management, test case development, and Project Management Organization buildouts. She has completed projects within the utilities, healthcare, manufacturing, and retail industries.

Manager Promotions
Sheila Jones was promoted to Office & Facilities Manager. She joined Sendero in 2010 and oversees the administrative assistant team and company operations policies and procedures; liaises with suppliers, vendors, and building management; and provides oversight and project management for office buildouts and moves.
Specialist Promotions
Shadia Conn was promoted to Accounting & Finance Senior Specialist. Kara Miller was promoted to Marketing Specialist.
