New Director appointment: Jamie Cook

DALLAS, TX – Sendero, a management consulting firm with expertise delivering strategic planning, digital transformation, and organizational effectiveness solutions, is pleased to announce the promotion of Jamie Cook to Director of People and Organizational Development.

Jamie joined Sendero in 2009 as a consultant. In 2016, she made the decision to shift to Internal Operations, where she led Talent Management’s Organizational Development function for the firm. In the past six years, she has played an instrumental role in developing the company’s staffing, training, growth, and recognition efforts.

“We’re very happy to welcome Jamie to this new role,” said Ruth Farrar, Sendero COO. “Her background in both consulting and operations makes her particularly suited to help us staff, retain, and ensure the professional growth of all Sendero team members.”

Under Jamie’s guidance, major advances have been made in Organizational Development at Sendero. Her accomplishments include designing and implementing a talent mobility program, leading our employee engagement and recognition programs, and implementing process improvements in staffing and performance management.

Jamie has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Texas A&M University.
