DALLAS – Respected career advocate, community supporter and Dallas business owner Ruth Farrar, was named as one of 2015’s Top Women in Business by the Dallas Business Journal. Farrar, Founding Partner and Chief Operations Officer of Sendero, is one of 25 dynamic women selected for their overall impact on their community and business.

Annually, the Dallas Business Journal celebrates and honors outstanding women leaders that are successful in business and making an impression on their community. “I’m so honored to be a part of this amazing group of women that have touched Dallas in such a positive manner. To be included in this category is quite humbling,” said Ruth Farrar.

Ruth is not only a successful business woman, but believes that the stewardship of the community lies within the hands of those who live there. She fulfills this belief through her work and board position with Chase’s Place, a school for children with complex special needs as well as many other nonprofit activities. She is the driving force behind Sendero’s community involvement and employee engagement, leading to the creation of Sendero Cares, the service and stewardship arm of the company that supports our local nonprofit community.

Farrar co-founded Sendero with husband Bret while raising one year-old triplets and a six year old daughter. In the eleven years since, Sendero has thrived as a business management consulting company with a stellar reputation for its culture and work with clients on complex business problems.
