Consulting
Senior Manager to Principal
Bryant Robinson was promoted from Senior Manager to Principal. Since joining Sendero, Bryant has played a pivotal role in each of his projects; including leading multi-vendor, cross-functional teams for clients, developing custom applications, redesigning and implementing eCommerce solutions, and leading organizations in data migrations
for a broad variety of SaaS and Cloud-based solutions.
Scott Simari was promoted from Senior Manager to Principal. Scott has held a variety of consulting roles on past projects and has consistently made measurable impact on performance, profitability, and capabilities for a broad range of clients. In recent engagements, Scott has led executive level analytics and dashboarding, post-merger integrations, CRM programs, Agile transformations, and strategic planning, resulting in capital investment and organizational transformation projects which he led.
Manager to Senior Manager
Chad Perkins was promoted from Manager to Senior Manager. Chad joined Sendero in 2015 and has since developed program and project management, technology enablement, and system implementations as his core skillset, with industry experience in utilities, financial services, manufacturing, and oil & gas.
Analyst to Manager
Allie Dillard was promoted from Analyst to Manager. Allie joined Sendero in the summer of 2018 and has experience in the utilities, insurance, and financial service industries. During her time at Sendero, she has focused on the project management of technology implementations and enhancements.
Nithin George was promoted from Analyst to Manager. Nithin joined Sendero in March 2021 with experience serving clients across a variety of industries, including telecommunications, healthcare, education, government, retail, real estate development, and technology. He is currently the UT Campus Recruiting Ambassador and serves as a technology project manager for one of our clients in the utilities industry.
Brooke Przilas was promoted from Analyst to Manager. Brooke joined Sendero in 2021 with healthcare industry experience, including expertise in business development, hospital operations, and patient experience. At Sendero, she’s partnered with an OEM manufacturer to develop a strategic growth plan and supported a healthcare technology firm in establishing repeatable and scalable processes for healthcare analytics product implementations.
Hannah Wimberly was promoted from Analyst to Manager. Hannah joined Sendero in 2018 and has worked in the oil & gas, consumer packaged goods, and healthcare industries. While her primary focus at Sendero has been organizational change management and communications, she also has experience in testing automation, ITIL implementation, project management, and mergers & acquisitions.

The following employees were promoted from Associate to Analyst: Austin Bowyer, Allison Boyce, Layne Correa, Shelby Estep, Lezly Herrera, Shannon Hogue, Karley Lea, Sarah Mabardy, Megan McCahill, and Harris Neuens.
Operations
Senior Manager to Director
Jamie Cook was promoted from Senior Manager to Director of People and Organizational Development. Under Jamie’s guidance, major advances have been made in Organizational Development at Sendero. Her accomplishments include designing and implementing a talent mobility program, leading our employee engagement and recognition programs, and implementing process improvements in staffing and performance management.
Senior Specialist to Manager
Kylie Diodati was promoted from Accounting & Finance Senior Specialist to Accounting & Finance Manager. Kylie joined Sendero in 2019 as an Accounting & Finance Specialist and has recently helped to develop and grow the financial analysis team.
Katie Musselman was promoted from Delivery Support Senior Specialist to Business Development Operations Manager. Katie joined Sendero in 2018 as a consultant before transitioning to Internal Operations in 2021. She is responsible for overseeing and supporting Sendero’s business development operations.
Marisa Troxell was promoted from Organizational Development Senior Specialist to Organizational Development Manager. Marisa joined Sendero in 2017 and spent four years in management consulting before transitioning to Internal Operations in 2021. She manages multiple employee engagement programs and supports internal organizational change management initiatives.

Anna Grace Carey was promoted from Specialist to Senior Specialist (Marketing).
