Sendero promotes eight employees

DALLAS, TX – Sendero, a Dallas-based management consulting firm with expertise delivering strategic planning, technology enablement, organizational effectiveness, and analytics solutions across multiple industries, announces the promotion of eight employees.

CONSULTING

Renita Garrett was promoted from Manager to Senior Manager. Renita joined Sendero in 2014, bringing with her more than 11 years of management consulting experience and expertise in IT, program and project management, and business process. She has since led several successful projects within multiple industries, including oil & gas, digital marketing, fast casual restaurant, and healthcare. Renita continues to maintain a solid focus on exceptional client delivery, developing the potential of her teams, and serving the community.

Diana Batten, Brent Corum, and Brandon Downs were promoted from Analyst to Manager:

• Diana joined Sendero in 2014 and works in the Houston office. She has experience in analytics, technology implementations, and strategy assessments.
• Brent joined Sendero in 2011 and has developed expertise in project management, vendor management, and vendor selection. His industry experience includes utilities and oil & gas.
• Brandon joined Sendero in 2014, bringing with him experience in execution and advising clients in retail operations, supply chain, lean six sigma, Omni-channel, project management, program management, IT Strategy, and vendor selection.

Alex Norell and Anna Stone were promoted from Associate to Analyst. Both joined Sendero in 2014.

OPERATIONS

Donna Gerdes was promoted from HR Manager to HR Senior Manager. Donna joined Sendero in 2014 with more than 20 years of HR experience. She holds Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and SHRM-SCP certifications and supports Sendero by ensuring its Human Resources policies and practices are developed and administered in the best interest of employees and the business, and also align with the company’s core values.

Lauren Lyngstad was promoted from Marketing Associate Specialist to Marketing Specialist. Lauren joined Sendero in 2014.
