Goal

What the client needed to achieve

A large nonprofit healthcare system selected Cornerstone as its new Learning Management System (LMS) to support a massive training effort ahead of an Electronic Health Record (EHR) implementation.

When Sendero identified gaps in LMS optimization and management, the client engaged a dedicated team to oversee system operations, process improvements, and training coordination. The goal was to train more than 31,000 end users efficiently, even as COVID-19 restrictions required a sudden shift to virtual learning.
