About Wayne
Through more than 20 years of consulting and industry experience, Wayne has successfully delivered numerous consulting engagements for energy & utilities, manufacturing & CPG, and government clients, primarily involving large outsourcing initiatives with offshore components, spend optimization, technology implementations, and technology migrations.
Wayne also brings to the table deep experience in global strategic sourcing, outsourcing optimization, digital strategy, technology assessment and implementation, business process transformation, and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining Sendero, Wayne held leadership roles at Keurig, Dr Pepper, and Cadbury.
