About Melody
As Chief People Officer, Melody leads our people-related strategic initiatives and provides leadership to all talent management functions. She has more than 30 years of experience spanning consulting, IT, and multiple industries.
Melody’s passion for people has resulted in an extensive background in talent acquisition, human resources, learning and development, and organizational development. Her additional background in technology operations, systems development, process analysis and design, and account management give her a tremendous advantage in spotting new talent, connecting with future team members, and building Sendero’s employee-facing programs.

Melody and her husband are avid supporters of their alma mater, SMU. When not cheering on the Mustangs, she can be found watching sports, reading, traveling, and spending time with her son. Melody supports charities that empower and assist women and children. She has visited all 50 US states and is a muscle car aficionado—owning both a ’67 Mustang and ’69 Torino.
